Hard to read, but this new Zoho pitch to get SalesForce customers. The number one complaint about SalesForce (and there are many) is that they are constantly charging you more. Zoho nails it in response to that frustration:

Sawickipedia: I despise all sales-CRM systems as taking too much end user work to be truly useful (in the end wayyyy too much garbage in garbage out problems). Given VOIP and email I am amazed that CRM isn’t entirely automated at this point. Calls be transcribed (see google voice) and emails can be scanned and auto-indexed.
