A leaked email to U.S. Senate candidate Joe Miller (R-Alaska) from Todd Palin, apparently in response to Miller’s non-commital endorsement of Sarah Palin’s presidential ambitions. (via officialssay) Sawickipedia says: Duh. Was there ANY doubt she was running as soon as Palin resigned as Gov-AK? C’mon now folks. This isn’t news. She’s been running for Prez ever since her ticket lost to Obama. My prediction - Palin doesn’t win (Republican winner take all primaries make it next to impoossible) but she will still be a viable campaign force. My money is on Daniels or Christie though both of them might just be playing coy for a real run in 2016. Pawlenty is a reasonable ‘12 bet for the nomination though as much as I dislike Obama as poth a ruling executive politician and his politics, it’s really, really hard for sitting presidents to lose. |
