Mish’s Global Economic Trend Analysis: Why the United States of America is Broke
As much as we use our outsized spending vs. other countries to debate our medical spending - using an analogous view of military spending should lead to a similar discussion. The U.S. does play the world’s policemen whether appropriate or not. Not sure we can afford to continue that role.
